Each apartment has one bedroom (double bed) with
an attached bath, a living cum dining room with a ‘ready to use’ kitchenette
and two sit out balconies. Apartment 203 looks directly onto the swimming
pool.

An apartment is ideally suited for
a couple with two children – the couple on the double bed and the
two children on two ‘roll-over’ comfortable single floor mattresses
in the dining area.

Ground floor location is extremely convenient for
elderly guests .

Both the apartments can be rented out as a set, with
keeping the inter-connecting door (lockable) open. This is ideal for
guests belonging to one large group seeking direct access between
the two apartments.

Aesthetically
designed layouts, tasteful furnishings and modern, reputed brand of
fittings and fixtures provide a unique ‘Mediterranean’ ambience.

The premises are spotlessly clean and well maintained.

The ready to use kitchenette with a stainless steel
sink (hot and cold running water), a refrigerator, and very basic
inventory essentially meant for light snack preparation makes the
premises feel like home. The kitchenettes can be used for preparing
light breakfasts, snacks, hot beverages, etc. The kitchenette inventory
consists of a refrigerator, a hot plate, a thermos flask, utensils,
crockery, stainless steel cutlery, glassware, a plastic tray, a crown
cork opener, a scrubber cum sponge, washing soap, jars (with serving
spoons inside) for storing instant coffee powder, tea bags, sugar,
powdered milk (misc. items), etc. Hot water to the kitchenette is
supplied from the geyser in the bathroom.

Neat and clean modern western style bathrooms are
equipped with a hot (geyser) and cold shower, an undercut oval wash
basin with a large granite shelf and wall mirror, a wall-mounted water
closet with flush valve, a health faucet and a ceiling fan.

There is a telephone (calls via the Resort PBX) in
the living room with an intercom facility; Satellite Cable CTV (Resort
controlled) in the bedroom.

The Resort Room Service is available in the Apartments
via the intercom.

Through the Resort Housekeeping Department (via the
intercom),guests have access to the Resort’s laundry service and free
supply of drinking water. This drinking water is stored in a 5 Litre
plastic jar and kept in the kitchenette refrigerator. Guests are urged
to request the Housekeeping Department to replenish this drinking
water whenever required.

PERSONALISED HOSPITALITY

The
Lady Manager and her Housekeeper look after the upkeep of the apartments
including cleaning, housekeeping and maintenance.

They
will personally receive guests at the Resort Reception and escort
them to their apartment(s).

They
can assist you with purchase of provisions (both local and imported)
offering competitive prices from reliable stores nearby for a nominal
fee.
The Manager
has a lot of reference material on Goa – Guidebooks on Goa, a Govt. of Goa
tourist directory, Maps of Goa, a Nizmar Resort Folder (with a Laundry List
/ charges, a Room Service Menu and their House Rules), a list of their facilities
and services as well as a Guest Information Folder which has a list
of ‘TIPS’ on how to absorb the uniqueness of Goa and to go about getting
what, where and how very fast – nearby beaches for swimming and
having fun, places to eat (and drink) various kinds of food within a wide
variety of prices, mouth watering Goan delicacies which are a ‘must try’,
next door reliable stores for provision purchases including wine and sodas,
nearby supermarkets and internet cafes, ‘happening’ discos and lots more.
In case you wish to have a cook during the day who can prepare a simple
western style breakfast and light snacks, beverages, etc., the services
of this cook would be provided to you by the Manager provided she receives
adequate notice. She can also help you with a house maid (ayah), a babysitter
or a help. Rates (guidelines) for the services of various kinds of help
appear in our Manager's Personal Folder. She can organise
sightseeing tours, boat cruises, etc.She can also organise an air - conditioned
self - drive or chauffeur driven car at market competitive rates, which
are only offered to guests by the car hirers. This same car can pick up
/ drop back a guest from the Railway Station (Madgaon or Tivim) / Airport.
Guests would need to pay for the car directly to our Manager.

TERMS
- The Rates
quoted above are for one Apartment per night.

IMPORTANT:
The Rental Rates per Apartment per night above apply to a family /
group consisting of a couple with 2 children (18 years and below),
that is, a maximum of 4 persons (2 Adults and 2 children) per Apartment.
In case this group requiring 1 Apartment consists of 3 adults (1 additional
adult), 2 Apartments will need to be rented and not 1. In case just
1 Apartment is available at this time, the supplementary charge levied
will be Rs. 500 per additional adult per night per Apartment. Similarly
a supplementary charge for a third child within a family / group wanting
1 Apartment will be Rs. 300 per additional child per night per Apartment.
It is therefore important that the composition of a group (adults
/ children and their ages separately) is accurately conveyed by a
Customer to the reservation authorities at the time a reservation

PAYMENT FOR
USE OF THE RESORT'S "PAY FACILITIES AND SERVICES" : Guests must take note
of the fact that payments made by them before they check-in to Grosvenor
Apartments, covers their room rent, breakfast or cost of a package. Guests
must pay the Resort Cashier for use of the Resort's pay facilities and services
before they check - out. These facilities / services include room service
pay items (food and drink, newspapers, etc.), external phone calls (local,
trunk- national / international) made via the phone in the apartment or
from elsewhere within the Resort, laundry, restaurants, bar, coffee shop,
health club, beauty and massage parlour, rent-a-car, business services,
etc.
